Transcript Requests
- Transcripts for colleges/universities must be requested through Naviance. Students request transcripts in their Naviance account by adding schools to the “Colleges I’m Applying To” list. From there, select the “Request Transcripts” link and check off the box next to each school that needs a transcript.
- Transcripts for any other purpose such as scholarships or NCAA Eligibility must be requested in writing. A request form may be obtained from the Student Records Office, the student’s guidance counselor, or by downloading the form here.
- Only unofficial transcripts may be given to the student/parent in person. All official transcripts must be sent electronically through Naviance or mailed directly from Xavier.
- Unofficial transcripts are available in GatorNet under the Progress tab.
- Transcripts must be requested in writing and contain an original signature.
- Fax, email, or phone requests will not be accepted.
- A request form may be obtained from the Student Records Office or by downloading the form here.
- Only unofficial transcripts may be given to the student/parent in person. All official transcripts must be mailed directly from Xavier.
- The cost of each transcript is $2.00 (cash or check only).

Report Cards
- Schedules will be available after July 15th once all registration requirements have been met and August tuition has been remitted. Please contact the Finance Office with questions regarding receiving your schedule.
- Please contact the Student Records Office if you need a duplicate Report Card.
Honor Roll
- Honor Roll is based upon the unweighted quarter GPA (UnWTD GPA)
- 1st Honors 3.6 – 4.0
- 2nd Honors 3.0 – 3.599
- Honor Roll Ribbons are available in the Student Records Office (S103).
Schedules
- Schedules will be available after July 1st. Please contact the Finance Office for further information on receiving your schedule.
- Please put this schedule in a safe place, as schedules will not be reissued to students at the start of school. If you misplace your schedule, come to the Student Records Office (S102/S103) for a duplicate – there is a $1.00 charge.
- You will receive a new copy of your schedule when you return to Xavier for 2nd Semester.
- All schedule change requests must be in writing and have an original student and parent signature.
- Fax, email, or phone requests will not be accepted.
- There is a $50.00 charge for any schedule change request (cash or check only). The fee is refundable if the change is not made.
- Changes may not be possible due to limited offering, conflicts, and/or class size.
- No changes will be made on the basis of teacher or period when the class meets.
- First semester changes may be made through the first full week of school.

Withdrawals
- Official transcripts/records will not be released by Xavier until the prescribed withdrawal process is completed.
- Current Student - A current student who needs to withdraw from Xavier must complete the required withdrawal forms which may be obtained from the student’s guidance counselor.
- Incoming Freshwoman - An incoming Freshwoman who has been accepted to Xavier, but wishes to withdraw before school starts must complete the required withdrawal forms which may be obtained from the Finance Office.
