Varsity Soccer Victorious in First Game of Season

The Varsity soccer team kicked off their first game of the season with a 3-1 win against Sandra Day O’Connor. The effort and execution by all players contributed to this team victory.

The Scoring Plays

The Gators struck early, scoring in the first few minutes of the game when when Junior midfielder Nev Herzog served up a beautiful assist to senior Captain midfielder Ally Brown, who then headed the ball past the Sandra Day O’Connor goalkeeper.

The second goal was also scored by Ally Brown, who received a clever pass from senior Lainey Swanson and drove it past the goalkeeper for a 2-0 score!

The third and final goal was scored by Nev Herzog off a gorgeous assist from Senior Defender Izzy Lee.
