Xavier Tennis plays the Kiwanis Invitational

March 5, 2024

Over the weekend, some of the varsity tennis Gators played in the Kiwanis Invitational in Tempe.

Freshman Addie Solomon was seeded #3 in singles and made it to the third round. Junior Julia Chrostowski was seeded #5 in singles and made it to the second round. Juniors Gabrielle Dinan and Maggie Henry were seeded #8 in doubles and made it to the third round. All four girls played very tough matches and played very well.

Finally, seniors Belani Soto and Kristina Stender were seeded #1 in doubles and got 2nd place!! They played amazingly and fought so hard until the end.

Great job tennis Gators, and good luck in your match today against Pinnacle!
